Yoga for Kids: Feel Calm & Relaxed

Take these 7 minutes to get super calm and relaxed with your kids. This is a slow and gentle class, great for bed time, or any time that kids need to slow down, get grounded and feel calm.

Make sure you have plenty of space and a quiet area to practise in.
