This 10 minute yoga flow is what I have been doing in the mornings, at the beginning of my 7 year old’s first zoom lesson during lockdown. We are now finally out of lockdown but I am still doing this whenever I can fit it in because I always feel better after it!
It’s a great gentle stretch and strengthen routine, probably best suited to older kids (and of course adults!) but my 2 year old insists on joining in every time and he loves it, even if he is just just climbing me while I perform the movements.
